Question by Natalie J: What is the most expensive barbecue grill?

Answer by delhi chef
These days, we have an amazing range of barbecues and outdoor kitchens to choose from. I was curious to find the most expensive barbecue that you can buy “off the shelf”.

I started with Amazon and found one that costs $ 14,662. It is the Solaire 56 Inch Infravection Gas Grill on a Refrigerated Cart.

This is a free standing unit with a 56″ 3 burner grill and 2 side burners. Beyond the standard features it has a 5.6 cu ft refrigerator and the main burners will convert between infrared and convection. It has all steel construction with a double skin hood.

Next I went to Google, and found the Beefeater Ivis Outdoor Kitchen, which proudly advertises itself as the world’s most expensive outdoor kitchen. It is being sold in England and Australia and has a British price tag of £24,999 (US$ 49,400).

The Beefeater Ivis is a modular kitchen with cupboards, drawer systems, solid granite worktops, a fridge, side burners and barbecue. The modular design allows extra sections to be added, such as a second barbecue or more storage. The barbecues have porcelain enameled cooking plates, stainless steel vaporizers and heat reflectors, plus stainless steel roasting hoods with glass viewing windows.

Personally, I’m happy with a standard 4 burner barbecue, but if you want the very best, you certainly have some good options.

Denver Gas Grills: Taste the Meat Not The Heat

Ah, summertime. The time for grilling on Denver outdoor kitchens. Still, nobody particularly cares for the taste of charcoal and lighter fluid; unfortunately, many Denver outdoor kitchens still rely on these fuel sources. However, with genuine propane-fired Denver BBQ gas grills, you will, as they say on TV’s fictional (King of the Hill) Strickland Propane, “taste the meat, not the heat.”

The propane that fires Denver BBQ gas grills is the same economical, clean-burning fuel that cooks your food in your indoor kitchen as well as all the finest restaurants. In addition to having been a popular motor fuel for forty-some years, it is now become the “latest thing” among top barbeque chefs across the county. It is tasteless, odorless, and immediate; unlike traditional barbeques, propane starts in to burn the minute you turn on Denver BBQ gas grills. There is no waiting for the coals to get hot, and backyard chefs who have the pleasure of using gas-fired Denver outdoor kitchens equiped with genuine Denver gas grills enjoy complete and total control over the level of flame at all times. This means steaks and burgers done to your exact liking, without the taste of lighter fluid to spoil it – and no more charred, burned food that’s overdone on the outside and raw on the inside.

There’s less cleaning afterwards as well, particularly with a stainless gas grill. Denver BBQ fans will find that there is no messy residue to clean and no ashes to deal with. Food stains wipe easily off the surface of a stainless gas grill; Denver BBQ chefs will wonder how they ever got along without this most modern and trouble-free of Denver gas grills.

A recent innovation when it comes to Denver gas grills is the infrared gas grill. Denver BBQ chefs have quickly discovered the advantages of infrared radiation. Denver infrared gas grills actually use a superheated ceramic tile to cook the food, which is heated by the propane. At temperatures ranging from 500 to 900 degrees, this enables one to sear foods quickly and efficiently. These types of Denver gas grills have become very popular in recent years.

As summer progresses, now is the perfect time to look into all the different options available when it comes to Denver gas grills. Get rid of that old-time, obsolete charcoal grill today and get the modern solution that truly allows you and your outdoor dinner guests to “taste the meat – not the heat.”
